Health Care Network is proud to share an innovative new partnership with Racine County that extends compassionate care beyond our clinic walls. This spring, HCN launched a dental hygiene program providing preventative oral health services to youth at the Jonathan Delagrave Youth Development and Care Center.
Through this unique collaboration, HCN’s dental hygienist visits the facility regularly to provide cleanings, screenings, and education about proper oral health care — services that many of these young people have never had consistent access to before. By meeting them where they are, we’re helping to build trust, confidence, and healthier futures.
