Join us for our annual fundraiser at the Franksville Craft Beer Garden! Sponsorship levels: Champions ($2,500+), Patrons ($1,000–$2,499), Advocates ($500–$999), Supporters ($250–$499), Friends ($50–$249).
Our fundraising events provide the operating funds that make Health Care Network's programs and services possible for low-income, uninsured residents of Racine County. From blood pressure management and diabetes education to telemedicine consultations and onsite mental health services, every event helps us expand what we can offer our community.
